All-inclusive packages cover staffing, catering, tables, and chairs. Prefer your own vendors? The venue-only option gives you full flexibility with your own team.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Staffing, catering, tables, chairs, and coordination. Flowers and bar service are not included. Bar service is available as an add-on at $45 per person through our partner bar company.

  • Yes. The venue-only package includes access to the property with a vendor fee built into the price. All vendors must carry liability insurance.

  • Yes. The bridal estate and groom's den are both private, on-site, and designed for getting ready. The bridal suite opens at 1 PM with early access available at $150 per hour.

  • Guests arrive at 4:30 PM. The event runs 5 PM to 10 PM. You can add up to two extra hours.

  • Yes. The glass barn is fully covered and air-conditioned with 5,000 square feet of indoor space.

  • Yes. Space for approximately 80 cars, included with your booking.

  • $3,000 deposit to lock in your date, then interest-free monthly payments with the balance due one month before. We accept Zelle, wire, check, debit, and credit cards.

  • Yes. Dogs are welcome for the ceremony and photos. They must stay outside the building and away from food, and someone other than the couple must handle them.
