Are you guys an all inclusive venue?

Yes, at Gran Paraiso Gardens we are an all-inclusive wedding venue. This means that we will provide you with everything that you need on your wedding day. From staffing, bartenders, catering, chairs, tables, photographers and everything in-between.

We do also offer the option for you to only rent the venue and bring all of your own outside vendors including catering.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, however, we do charge an additional fee for bringing in your own vendors and require them to have liability insurance.

What is the rental fee for Gran Paraiso Gardens and what does it include?

What dates are available?

Dates are usually booked 8-14 months in advance but we always have changes. Please contact us to get our list of available dates.

What the building capacity?

200 guests including the bridal party.

When are payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $3,000 booking fee to be paid. Then, we will set you up with a monthly payment plan so that the entire balance is paid 1 month before your event date.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date email us at hello@granparaisogardens.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date if it's still available. We suggest you email us saying you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in your your preferred date is unavailable.

Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process first for a specific date will be first in line.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Gran Paraiso Gardens?

That is a great question! In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married at Gran Paraiso Gardens is between $18,000 and $40,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, dress, DJ, photographer, etc.). We have had some creative couples with smaller guests plan beautiful weddings at a lower range but have also had clients plan some lovely events and spend significantly more.

Will there be another wedding the same day?

At Gran Paraiso Gardens, we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple's event is special and receives our full attention.

How many cars will your parking lot accomodate?

80 cars.

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?

Yes, part of our all-inclusive packages include all of the above and more!

What happens in case of rain?

Your coordinator will create both a fair weather and an inclement weather plan for your ceremony. The decision on which plan to use is determined 7 days before your wedding day.

We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at Gran Paraiso Gardens. Does your fee change?

Since we only host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony, reception, or both onsite.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play part in our wedding day?

We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval from staff) at the ceremony and pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom.

What forms of payment does Gran Paraiso Gardens accept?

Credit card, debit card, wire transfer, check, or Zelle. Please note that credit and debit cards do carry a payment processing fee of 4%.

My preferred dates are unavailable. What do I do?

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

At what time can we access the property?

This is the typical access times. If you would like additional time, please inquire with us. Bridesmaid property access: 1:00PM. Guest property access time is no earlier than 4:30PM. Event time: 5:00 PM to 10:00PM. Departure time is 10:30PM. All guests must exit the property by 10:30PM.
